Refund policy

  • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Full refund issued to the original payment method once returned item is inspected. Refunds processed within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Exchanges and store credit available within 15 days for eligible items; customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or an error on our part.
  • Defective or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at no cost and cover return shipping.
  • Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
