Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may take 5–10 business days to process. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship via reputable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Carrier selection is based on service availability and your chosen shipping option at checkout.
- Shipping options available at checkout: Standard, Expedited, and Overnight (where available).
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-business-day delivery (cutoff times apply).
International Shipping
- International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Tracking & Notifications
- All shipments receive tracking numbers. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
- You can track your package via the carrier’s tracking portal.
Secure Packaging & Privacy
- Jewelry is shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging with no outward branding that discloses contents.
- Packages include minimal internal documentation; invoices omit item descriptions that could identify jewelry contents.
- We use secure packing materials to protect items from damage and make tampering evident.
Signature & Insurance
- High-value orders may require adult signature upon delivery. Orders above the signature threshold shown at checkout will require signature.
- Insurance is included for eligible orders up to a stated value. For high-value purchases, we strongly recommend selecting additional insurance or signature confirmation at checkout.
- If you decline signature confirmation, you accept responsibility for delivery once the carrier marks the package delivered.
Address Accuracy & Liability
- Please double-check shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- For address changes after an order is placed, contact us immediately. Address updates may incur a delay or additional fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery date so we can file a claim.
- For damaged items, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
- We will work with the carrier and you to resolve claims; resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the claim outcome.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections, delays, and local import fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We do not mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
- Our Returns & Exchanges policy is available separately on our Returns page. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging; return shipping costs may apply.
